Agent conditions (July 2021-2022 July):

1. Have independent legal personality, perfect financial system, and general taxpayer qualification;

2. Have a sales team, customer base, and after-sales technical support capabilities;

3. The customer's application field is compatible with Huaguan's products, and agency experience is preferred;

4. There are stocking capabilities, and there are stores in each distribution market that can be authorized (spot flagship stores);

5. Have a mall, platform promotion and marketing capabilities.

6. Tariffs and tasks:

    1) Authorized dealer: 300,000 deposit. The sales task is 3 million per year.

    2) Authorized regional agents: 500,000 yuan in deposit. Sales task is 5 million/year.

    3) Authorized agents in China: 1 million deposit. The sales task is 10 million per year.

   4) Authorized international agents: 300,000 deposit.

   5) Authorized public mall platform: deposit/10,000. One-time delivery/10,000. Price system discount/%, annual sales task amount/10,000; (to be determined);

7. The authorization period for each signing is 2 years, and each year after the completion of the task, there is the qualification for renewal;

8. After signing the authorization, the company will issue an agency certificate, and the website agency column will be publicized.

Agent application:

1. Agent (distributor) information registration form;

2. Agent (distributor) agreement;

3. Application form for special offer for major customers;

4. Rebate rules for agents (distributors);

5. Agent (distributor) sales contract;

6. New customer (large customer) filing registration form;

Rights and obligations of formal agents:

1. Business cards, websites, and publications must display the Huaguan brand LOGO;

2. After authorization, the Huaguan website will display the agent information;

3. Huaguan has exhibitions or advertising publications that can distribute materials and promotion to agents;

4. Provide regular technical and business training to agents;

5. Agents and major clients will be protected after filing;

Termination of agency (the right to terminate unilaterally):

1. During the agency period, it was found that business cards, websites, and publications did not display the Huaguan brand LOGO,

2. If it is found that there is a conflict in most of the products owned by its own brand or other competing brands, Huaguan has the unilateral right to terminate the agency qualification;

3. Customers who have complained about business services for more than three times, or counterfeit products of our company or other products:

4. If the company owes the payment for goods, the performance has not been completed six months or one year after authorization:

5. Those who have negative publicity about Huaguan products or damage their reputation;
